Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Clothing items that are in stock and ordered before noon will be delivered the next day in the Netherlands via DPD. (Please note that this is an estimate; delivery may be delayed by one day due to technical issues.)
- For shipments to Belgium and Germany, the average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are usually delivered within 2 business days.
- We ship our orders within Europe via DPD, and outside Europe via PostNL or DHL.
- For shipments outside the EU, VAT and customs clearance fees must be paid in the country of destination.
- Standard shipping within the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium costs just €6.50; shipping is free on orders of €79.99 or more. For other countries, see the shipping costs at checkout.
- If you’d like to exchange your item, as a courtesy, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the first exchange (this applies to shipping the item to you, not to returning it to us; these costs are always the responsibility of the recipient and will be deducted from the refunded amount). Starting with any second exchange, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs of €7.50 per shipment. Return shipping costs to us are always the responsibility of the recipient, unless we made a mistake or the item is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Our shipping days are:
Ordered Monday – Shipped Tuesday
Ordered by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday – shipped Tuesday; ordered after 12:00 p.m. – shipped Wednesday
Ordered by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday – Shipped Wednesday; after 12:00 p.m., shipped Thursday
Ordered by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday – Shipped Thursday; after 12:00 p.m., shipped Friday
Ordered on Friday before 12:00 p.m. – shipped on Friday; orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (this also applies to Saturday and Sunday) will not be shipped until Tuesday because the warehouse is closed on Monday!!!
Returns:
- If you would like to return an item to us, you can do so by clicking this button:
- Returns must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your return, unless otherwise agreed.
- Damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt; after 24 hours, the customer is liable for them, and we can no longer accept them as returns—this is not covered by the right of return!
- Returns reported within 14 days must also be shipped back within 14 days. Returns received after this period will be refused! (unless otherwise agreed) Please fill in all the required information during the return process.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These costs will be deducted from the refund for the returned goods.
- Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned item.
- Of course, you can also exchange an item for a different size or for a different piece of clothing. Please indicate this in the returns system.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED YOUR RETURN, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN THE ITEM. AFTER THESE 14 DAYS, WE MAY REFUSE YOUR RETURN!
