Shipping & Returns

To send:

• Clothing items that are in stock and ordered before 12 pm will be delivered the next day via DPD. (note this is an indication , it can always occur that it will be a day later due to technical problems)
• Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will only be shipped from Tuesday! Our warehouse is always closed on Monday.

• If you order after 3 pm, an order is usually delivered within 2 working days.
• We ship our order within Europe with DPD, and outside Europe with POST.NL.
• orders outside the EU must pay VAT and clearance charges in destination country.
• For articles that are not in stock, a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days applies in Europe.
• For regular shipping costs within the Netherlands you pay € 6.50.
• For orders from € 99, - you pay no shipping costs.
• If you want to exchange your item, we will take care of the shipping costs as a first exchange (this is for sending to you, not for returning it to us!). From a possible second exchange the shipping costs are € 6.50 per shipment for your account.

Ordered before 15:00 on Tuesday - Sent Tuesday, after 15.00 Wednesday sent

Wednesday ordered before 15.00 - Wednesday sent, after 15.00 Thursday sent

Ordered before 15:00 on Thursday - Sent on Thursday, after 15.00 Friday shipped

Friday ordered before 15.00 - Friday sent, Friday ordered after 15.00 this also applies to Saturday and Sunday only Tuesday sent due to being closed from warehouse on Monday !!!

PLEASE NOTE SATURDAY DELIVERY CAN ONLY BE FRIDAYS BEFORE 15.00, AFTER 15.00 IS THE FIRST SEND DAY TUESDAY !!!

Returns:

• If you want to return an item, we would like to receive an e-mail in which you indicate which item you want to return and for what reason. After confirmation from our side, you can return the item.
• Returns must be registered with us within 14 days via [email protected] . After this period we can unfortunately no longer accept your return unless otherwise agreed.
• Items that are damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving them, after 24 hours the customer is liable for this and we can no longer accept these as returns, this is outside the return right!
• Returns that are registered within 14 days must be returned within 5 working days. if this happens outside of 5 working days, the return will be refused! (unless otherwise agreed)

• Please note underwear and swimwear will not be returned due to the law of hygiene.
• Always include the return form with your return, with the reason for return and what your wishes are. Without the attached return form we can not process your return.
• Shipping costs for returning an item are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Repayment is made within 2 to 3 weeks after return receipt.
• We can not return any money for discounted items (outlet). Instead, you will receive a value code via e-mail. You can then spend this on your next order.
• You can also exchange an article for a different size or for another article of clothing. Please indicate this on the sent return form.
• Items purchased in the outlet will not be taken back again, not even exchanged unless otherwise agreed.
