History
In early 1993 Jack van Gelder came back from a vacation with the idea again to start a men's fashion brand. He made a couple of friends enthusiastically and after a few weeks of brainstorming, the plan became a reality and for Fellows was born.
From the first moment its own styling department for Fellows ensured that the brand got its own identity and it soon became clear that there is room on the Dutch market existed and casual menswear brand. A brand that could deliver a total package at an affordable price.
The tops, sweatshirts, rugby, t-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, trousers, shorts and jackets are mutually combinable fine. Every season there is more themes in the collection. In 2004 fourth Fellows for its tenth anniversary with two brand new showrooms and a spectacular party in Amstelveen. Under the eyes of fellow Fellows Mart Smeets, Rene Froger, Huub Stapel, Pieter van den Hoogenband, Guus Meeuwis and Louis van Gaal Fellows closed for the first ten years of existence in style .... to begin an entirely in the same style again ten fantastic years. After the departure of Jack van Gelder was obvious to find an ambassador who was cut from the same cloth.
Toine van Peperstraten, Studio Sport colleague Jack was willing to take over the baton. Along with Toine own Fellows Magazine was designed and continued contact between Fellows and several celebrities exist. Still will include Huub Stapel, Frits Sissing, Wilbert Gieske and Bert Kuizenga happy here neighborhoods. But Fellows continued. And how!. Together with one of the largest sports marketing agencies in the Netherlands Fellows United was launched.
Five of Holland's most outstanding football internationals have been Fellows of the face. Fellows United; Martijn Reuser, Rob Witschge and Richard Witschge, Arthur Numan and Regi Blinker. The illustrious company already has several seasons of Fellows figurehead United. The cover of the magazine each season adorns the five heroes during the photo shoot and of course there's more. Apparel Fellows United is currently for sale at about 350 outfitters in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Ireland, England and Canada. For a relatively young brand is growing quickly gone, but everything is under control. No crazy jumps, not haughty behavior, just keep doing normal as Fellows among themselves. United.
